FIRST
TIME/LAST TIME YOUTH PROGRAM

A
counseling and guidance program for youth who are arrested for the
first time.
The
Program
First
Time/Last Time is a youth counseling program designed to assist
young men and women between the ages of 16-21 who become involved
in the Criminal Justice System throughout Erie County. The program
restores young lives through its direct involvement and through
its established widespread referral network. Helping the individual
youth focus on a meaningful, productive lifestyle is the main thrust
of the program. And the program works; less than 10% of those referred
to the program become reinvolved in the Criminal Justice System.
